Our Client is an Independent Software Vendor based in the US with about 300 employees. They provide a robust BI solution for Digital Employee Experience Management, bringing together a set of real-time metrics across the company’s SaaS applications.
It's a network performance monitoring solution to tackle the performance issues that arise when running virtual machines on a network, including slow broadband speed, limited compute power, and high latency affecting application performance. The solution involves deploying AI-powered agents on a person's computer that continuously monitor application and device performance. These agents can detect issues and provide automated or manual technical suggestions for resolution. The company offers support for both remote users and physical endpoints, including Citrix Virtual Apps, VMware Horizon, Microsoft RDS and WVD.
Among their clients are more than 1,200 enterprises, among them Daimler, ExxonMobil, Verizon, T-Mobile, and many other giants.
Belitsoft provides IT staff augmentation services and has built for the Client a team of 16 highly skilled professionals, including .NET developers, QA automation, and manual software testing engineers.
