Now, the Client has fully functional, highly customizable web and mobile applications that can be adapted to the demands of any healthcare organization. Its flexibility and scalability make it a profitable product.
Up to date, Belitsoft has successfully completed all the Client's ideas that are necessary for attracting investment.
Upon receiving investment, the work should resume, as the Client still has more ideas to fulfill, such as:
- developing a mobile app for healthcare staff,
- further refactoring,
- collection and analysis of large amounts of data for precise work of Artificial Intelligence.
Another advantage is that this is a white label solution, which allows our Client to sell it to the healthcare organizations as-is or with an individual set of features and branding.
The result of our cooperation is a secure, easy-to-use, full-featured, and highly customizable web application for healthcare providers and organizations resolving key challenges in healthcare organizations:
1. Creating a single storage for accurate and simple collection and management of relevant clinical data
- Healthcare staff creates a patient profile with personal and medical data once only during the first visit. Then, this data is always available in a single sign-in platform, and any specialist within the healthcare organization can retrieve it on demand.
- During the appointment, a doctor enters the patient's profile to schedule a treatment plan. For that, a doctor sets a date for a certain procedure, like a check-up or surgery. Then, the doctor lists all the treatment details, including pills, measurements, lab tests, etc. Based on the procedure date, the entire treatment plan gets distributed by dates automatically.
When the patient takes a lab test, for example, the results come to the patient's profile – and the doctor has all the necessary data in a single place.

An example of treatment plan form. A surgery for a patient is planned on June 17th. By this date, a patient will have to take medications, measure blood pressure daily, and perform other activities for 30 days before the surgery. The app automatically distributes the treatment plan by dates based on the surgery date and sets up follow-ups based on a date. In case a surgery date changes, the entire plan automatically reschedules, a patient gets notified
2. Closing the gap between EHR data and patient-generated actual data
- A patient gets a free mobile application that is integrated with the core web application used by healthcare teams;
- When a doctor assigns a treatment plan to a patient, the latter can accept or reject it through the mobile app. Once accepted, the patient can use the mobile app for entering patient-generated health data. This includes:
- Questionnaires (questions about the patient's mental and physical wellbeing that are sent predefined, assigned to a treatment plan, and sent to the patient automatically)
- Measurement Reports (such data as blood pressure, glucose level in blood, and many more);
- Medication Intake Reports (data about every medication taken by a patient can be filled by a nurse, caregiver, or patient personally);
- Physical and Mental Health Reports (the index of pain, functionality, depression, anxiety, calculated based on the questionnaires)
The seamless flow of information enables improved treatment decisions, with real-time data accessible to doctors through a healthcare dashboard reporting.
3. The application supports IoT technology. In case a patient uses smart devices, such as a fitness tracker, the app automatically receives vital daily measurements from the connected device.

3. Keeping high patient engagement and satisfaction by offering 24/7 online support
- If a patient feels pain, the app has a pain assessment tool. It allows the patient to notify their doctor about all the necessary details right from the palm of the hand;
- A web application alerts a doctor in case a patient has complaints or pain, or if there are deviations in patient's measurements, or a patient stops entering daily data;
- The doctor uses a web app to make a video or audio call or to write a text message to the patient in such abnormal scenarios without scheduling an appointment and losing time. In addition, such communication is highly helpful for other use cases, such as appointment rescheduling, changes in prescriptions, etc.
