Challenge

They sought to implement an AI bot for their professional development and training needs. The top managers were focused on ROI and aimed to eliminate the need for in-person coaching for their team members, while ensuring both high-quality and highly personalized outcomes from coaching that would positively affect team productivity.

Although there are many ready-to-use solutions available, they were keen on implementing custom ones tailored to their specific needs.

They also had a one-month timeframe to implement and test the solution to see immediate results.

Process

Over six weeks, we developed an MVP.

It provides an efficient knowledge assessment for employees by automating test creation.

The bot uses simulations based on study material as an assessment method. It listens to the user's voice responses and points out inaccuracies.

It also builds a personalized learning plan that focuses on improving skills in areas where the learner makes mistakes.

Results

Reading material and applying knowledge in real conditions are two different things. The bot emulates the real world where learners can apply their knowledge, thus enhancing their understanding of the material.

The client began using the newly developed AI coach to help newcomers utilize the SCRUM framework.

The bot creates potential situations based on real cases. Users are tasked with explaining verbally how to handle the situation. The AI then evaluates the response and provides feedback on what was correct and what was not.

The bot significantly enhances learning efficiency and increases the pass rate for the PSM1 certification.

After implementation of the AI bot in educational programs, students were satisfied and recommended the courses to others.

The Learning and Development (L&D) department began to implement this bot in other educational courses and programs of the company.
